Create the 2019 ESIP Winter Meeting with us! Breakout sessions due 11/16 
2019 ESIP Summer Location Announcement

Over 80% of the content at ESIP meetings is contributed by individuals from agencies like NASA and NOAA, companies like AWS, Element 84 and Esri and academics from universities across the country.



We need your help to complete the agenda! The Winter Meeting will have five breakout tracks and we have space for about 40 sessions. We invite you to submit ideas for ESIP Winter Meeting sessions by this Friday, November 16 COB. Sessions received by this date will be given priority agenda placement. To see content submitted so far check this spreadsheet. We will post a draft agenda the Monday after Thanksgiving and announce plenary speakers.

Save the date for the 2019 ESIP Summer Meeting!
Tacoma, WA, July 15-19, 2019

Because there is a lot of activity on the East Coast with the 2018 AGU Fall Meeting in D.C. and the 2019 ESIP Winter Meeting, the 2019 Summer Meeting is staying on the West Coast one more year and will be in Tacoma, WA July 15-19, 2019 at the Tacoma Convention Center. A block of rooms has been reserved at per diem rate of $117. Details will follow during the Winter Meeting.  

As we head into the Thanksgiving holiday in the U.S. next week, know we are grateful for the ESIP community. We hope to see you in 2019 and appreciate the time and effort you take in contributing to these meetings!
