ESIP UPDATE: 05.21.18

Good Morning –

Next Monday, May 28th, I will be participating in the workshop: Earth and Environment Science Information Partners – an Australia-US collaboration in Earth and Environmental Sciences Informatics. This workshop will be streamed remotely and has connections to a variety of activities relevant to ESIP such as cloud, drone, data stewardship. It's hoped that the outcome of this workshop will be a community of practice that will link Australian and U.S. ESIP efforts.

We have a draft schedule for the ESIP Summer Meeting in Tucson posted. Please review by COB today for conflicts. All session placement will be final on Wednesday, May 23.

Finally, Partnership approved a new membership app for review early this month. We have one application from SGT for review. The Assembly voting reps will vote in June.

Thanks & have a good week,

Erin
