Open Science Pathways in the Earth, Space, and Life Sciences (5/9)

A joint event co-organized by SciLifeLab and the AGU, this half-day event addresses open themes through community stories, use cases, and broader perspectives in national and international research communities. 
 

Community Activation Community Call (5/13)

Calling all community builders, community managers, community engagers, and friends to come together in a facilitated discussion about community activation. The focus for the Middle Path EcoSolutions call on Friday May 13 is about ritual in community building; each month brings in a different speaker. Register on EventBrite. 
 

Research Data Alliance (RDA): Persistent Identification of Instruments (5/19)

Through the use of globally unique, persistent identifiers (PIDs), it is now common practice to establish traceable links between research assets. This RDA webinar introduces the Outputs of the RDA Persistent Identification of Instruments Working Group. Of particular focus are the metadata schema for persistent identification of instruments and the proposed solutions for publishing PIDs for instruments at established PID providers.

RDA Open Science Survey (Due April 29)

How are open science activities are taken into consideration and rewarded? This open science survey is being conducted as part of the SHAring Rewards & Credit (SHARC) interest group within Research Data Alliance (RDA).

Preliminary survey results will be presented and discussed during the RDA 19th Plenary meeting as part of the International Data Week 2022 taking place 20-23 June 2022.
