The 2016 ESIP Summer Meeting featured a Research as Art event on the evening of Wednesday, July 20. The goal of Research as Art is to show how the ESIP community uses data, and the diversity of the work done by our members. Meeting attendees were invited to submit one piece of visual media depicting their work—figures, videos, computer models, sculptures and more.
The event allowed the ESIP community and members of the general public to learn about ESIP work in an engaging and easily accessible way. Click through the gallery to see the submissions.
