As you know, the ESIP Summer Meeting theme is “Linking It Together: Sustainable SoftwareAdvancing Science Data and Services“. With that in mind part of the plenary session will be curated set of Ignite style talks. Ignite (www.igniteshow.com), a concept created by O’Reilly Media, provides presenters a strict presentation format – five minutes and 20 slides that auto-advance every 15 seconds – to make their point.

We are specifically looking for talks that highlight ESIP work along the dimensions of softwaresustainability including building and sustaining communities around software, sustainablesoftware development for software reuse/scale/interoperability.., and financial sustainability or persistence over time.
