Office Hour: Session Ideas w/ ESIP Staff & Charley

We have opened the session proposal portal for the 2025 July Earth Science Information Partners (ESIP) Meeting. The submission deadline is 11:59 pm PT on Thursday, May 15. Join this office hour to share and hone your session ideas with ESIP Staff and Charley, our master facilitator and design consultant.

Within the ESIP Community, we strive not just for innovation, but also for impact. We will gather again this July in-person and online to connect with and learn from each other, as we explore this theme and a broad range of Earth science data topics together. Especially in these uncertain times, we continue to lean into our collaborative spirit, recognizing that together we can do much more.

ESIP staff are committed to supporting session organizers. We continue to invest in training  for session organizers to learn new ways to integrate interactive learning methods into session design. We encourage session proposers to include as much detail in your session proposal as possible, while recognizing that there will be time to more fully design and polish your session after acceptance by leveraging session design support in one form or another.
