Wildfire – CANCELED

Join the Cluster on September 10 to host Duarte Oom, fire remote sensing specialist at the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). He will discuss the recent release of the “Fire Data User Needs and Gaps Assessment Report” and the upcoming “Global Fire Data Inventory,” particularly the findings regarding fire data accessibility and how the Working Group on Fire Data will shape future technical guidance and global partnerships. Duarte manages fire data to support the knowledge and data sharing pillar of the Global Fire Management Hub and other activities.
