About

For more than 25 years, Earth Science Information Partners (ESIP) has brought together science, data, and information technology practitioners to reduce the barriers to tackle some of the world’s greatest challenges through Earth science data and information.

Effective use of these tools requires ongoing collaboration and coordination of a diverse community of stakeholders, including academic, nonprofit, and government researchers, private sector technology leaders, and decision makers. By creating a home for Earth science data professionals across sectors and disciplines, ESIP empowers our community of volunteers and partner organizations to do together what they could not do alone.
