ESIP UPDATE: 06.18.18

Good Morning¬†–¬†

We are looking for a new Community Director to support ESIP. This person will be responsible for managing the ESIP community collaboration areas, membership and online assets. Having had a similar role myself, I think this is an outstanding opportunity to be a connector and enabling Earth science through collaboration. Further details on position and instructions for applying are on the website. I would be grateful if you could share this with colleagues that are both community-minded and Earth science data-driven. If you have questions please reply to this note.  As a reminder, we have a job announcement Slack channel that has been very busy! To request an invitation to Slack, see the bottom of this note.

Annie Burgess is attending the Earth and Space on AWS event at the DC Public Sector Summit. More info at https://aws.amazon.com/summits/public-sector-summit-washington-dc-2018/pre-day/. If you are there, seek her out!

Thanks & have a good week,
Erin
